Job hunting made simple(r)
Does job hunting feel like a full time job? Tracking application statuses, gathering job posts, keeping in touch with recruiters, chasing down links — it’s exhausting!
Now there’s a hub to track it all! Introducing The Job Exploration Station, a job search hub for Notion! This template consists of a set of databases that work together to make searching for work and keeping in touch with contacts a breeze!
Here’s a few unexpected ways this template has helped me recently:
It makes check ins with the unemployment office easy — this template tracks when I add listings and lets me mark when I’ve applied to them as well.
I’m no longer wasting time applying to the same job more than once. Built into this template is a place to track job ID numbers which allows me to check if a listing matches with any I’ve already applied to.
I always know which recruiter I have talked to and when we last spoke because of this template and it gives me the confidence to know when I should follow up! I can also take notes directly on their contact page so remembering details of past conversations is easy!
